Processing & Dispatch: In-stock items ordered before 12pm Melbourne time on a business day are dispatched the same day; orders after that go out the next business day. Custom printed items are made to order and are dispatched within 1–2 business days. Pre-order items are made to order. Production and dispatch takes 4–7 weeks from the date your order is placed. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

Domestic Shipping (Australia): Standard shipping: 2–5 business days after dispatch. Express shipping: 1–3 business days after dispatch.

International Shipping (US, UK & worldwide): Standard international shipping: 7–14 business days after dispatch. Express international shipping: 3–7 business days after dispatch. International orders are shipped via Australia Post with full tracking provided.

Tracking: All orders include a tracking number sent via email upon dispatch. For pre-order items tracking will be sent once the item has left our warehouse based in Melbourne, Australia.

Customs & Duties: NoMerci Racing Apparel is based in Melbourne, Australia. International orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes in your country. These charges are not included in what you pay us. They are charged by your own country and paid on arrival.

Pre-Order Policy: Pre-order items are made specifically for you, so we do not offer change-of-mind refunds on pre-orders once your order is placed. (1) This order contains a PRE-ORDER item that will not ship immediately. (2) Production and dispatch takes 4–7 weeks from my order date, and delivery takes the shipping time above on top of that.
