Order Cancellation
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement as long as the item has not been sent out already. After this period, we begin processing your order and cancellations may not be possible.

Returns and Exchanges
We want you to love your No-Merci apparel! If you are not satisfied with sizing, you may return unworn items within 7 days of delivery for an exchange. Please retain the original packaging and receipt.

Limitation of Liability
No-Merci Racing Apparel is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products.
