Shipping policy

Processing & Dispatch

In-stock items are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days of your order being placed. Orders placed before 4PM AEST Monday–Friday are prioritised for same-day dispatch.

Pre-order items are made to order. Production and dispatch takes 4–6 weeks from the date your order is placed. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

Domestic Shipping (Australia)

Standard shipping: 2–5 business days after dispatch Express shipping: 1–3 business days after dispatch

International Shipping (US, UK & worldwide)

Standard international shipping: 7–14 business days after dispatch Express international shipping: 3–7 business days after dispatch

International orders are shipped via Australia Post with full tracking provided.

Tracking

All orders include a tracking number sent via email upon dispatch. International tracking is fully verifiable through your local carrier. For preorder items tracking will be sent once the item has left our warehouse based in Melbourne, Australia. 

Customs & Duties

NoMerci Racing Apparel is based in Melbourne, Australia. International orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes in your country. These charges are included in the shipping total.

Pre-Order Policy

Pre-order items are custom produced specifically for you. Due to the made-to-order nature of pre-order items, orders are non-refundable once placed, except in the case of a manufacturing defect. Estimated dispatch timeframes are provided in good faith and may vary slightly due to production scheduling.
